Ruud Nijhout and Ocky Wiemeijer, who merged their companies several years ago into Improve Communication Network, are in charge of the daily management of the network and, together with Donald Heering in charge of network coordination.

Ocky Wiemeijer, former journalist, publisher of special interest magazines, marketing director for TV channels, established his communication and PR agency 20 years ago.

Ruud Nijhout, involved in the field of marketing for more than 30 years, as board member for advertising agencies and blue chip companies, started his own strategic consultancy more than 10 years ago.

Donald Heering has been active since 1984 as an entrepreneur in the PR and Communication industry. Before joining Improve Communication he was responsible for managing several communication companies, including his own company 'Commsultants'.
