First official flight from Air Europa received warm welcome at Schiphol

Daily scheduled service with two flights:

Madrid airport, November 2, 2011 - The Spanish airline Air Europa, part of the Spanish travel organization Globalia, today officially launched a daily service between Madrid and Amsterdam. The arrival of the morning flight at Schiphol received the traditional water salute, greeting all passengers on this first flight.

Air Europa will fly, on this route between Amsterdam and Madrid, twice a day with an Embraer 195 aircraft. This airplane can accommodate 103 passengers in Economy Class and 12 in Business Class. The flights from Amsterdam to Madrid are scheduled at 11:05 and 17:55. From Madrid there are daily flights to Amsterdam at 07:40 and at 14:30.

The flights between Amsterdam and Madrid airport have an excellent connection with several Air Europa long distance routes, to and from North and South America and the Caribbean. The company also has an extensive network within Spain.
